Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide evidence-based treatments to support their mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and research
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
