This role will work closely with the Business Tax Services leader, serving clients in various industries, including Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Distribution. You will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including 100% remote, 100% in-office, or a combination of both with a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare complex tax returns
* Perform initial review of tax returns
* Assist with year-end and general tax planning
* Perform mid-level tax research projects
* Support all aspects of client services and foster client relationships

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
* Active CPA license or plans to pursue in the short term
* At least 3 years of public accounting experience in Tax
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Capacity to manage multiple projects
* Technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations

* Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
