Position Summary:

As a Scientific Developer, you will engage in pioneering work at the intersection of cloud computing and advanced molecular dynamics simulation. Your contributions will focus on elucidating the mechanistic aspects of drug-like molecules' passive membrane permeability, significantly influencing drug discovery efforts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cutting-edge scientific software tools tailored for drug discovery.
  • Conduct 3D molecular modeling, encompassing both ligand-based and structure-based design.
  • Generate bio-active conformers and model molecular properties and interactions in three dimensions.
  • Optimize molecular structures in situ and compute free energy values.
  • Assist clients in addressing their drug discovery challenges.
