Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis Support: Provide financial analyst support to your assigned business group, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of financial systems, internal control systems, and business processes.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Learn and understand financial and ERP systems deployed within the Group, and support the improvement of internal control systems.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, monitor, and evaluate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- General Finance Activities: Support general finance activities, including account reconciliations, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, financial underwriting, what-if analysis, budget process, and other activities as assigned.
- Financial Analysis and Decision Making: Assist in providing sound financial analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- General Ledger and Forecasting: Monitor general ledger accounts and support all forecast and budget activities.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Experience: 6+ months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to work in a multi-cultural context.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of financial tools such as Excel, SAP, or Hyperion Financial Management.
