Therapy Specialist for Adult and Senior Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at FeldCare Connects. As a mobile-based referral network, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care services to adults of all ages in the Woodland area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, creating your own schedule and choosing the areas where you want to work. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient care needs, determining treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient well-being. To excel in this position, candidates must possess a strong ability to work with patients of diverse age groups, an active Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state, and completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, depending on location and experience, along with flexibility, independence, and administrative support.
