Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the handling of deliveries and manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel plans and prepare detailed itineraries to ensure seamless off-site engagements.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, relaying pertinent information to the appropriate individuals.
  • Schedule appointments for staff members and maintain an organized calendar.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Macbook systems is advantageous; experience with Gmail, Drive, and Sheets is also beneficial.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in handling phone communications and managing challenging situations effectively.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a front desk or similar role is preferred.
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
