Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to facilitate the month-end closing process.
- Perform reconciliations and detailed analyses of general ledger accounts.
- Prepare schedules and provide analytical support for the annual financial audit.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a dynamic, high-performance environment, with a preference for client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is essential; CPA designation is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, receivable, billing, and general accounting.
- Experience with multi-currency and multi-company operations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are required; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Work Environment:
This position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, providing excellent exposure to executive leadership.
Compensation:
Offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive company benefits including health coverage at no cost to employees.
