Your primary duties will involve analyzing transaction reports, categorizing revenue streams, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze financial reports from various payment processing systems.
- Record and categorize daily revenue and expenses to produce necessary financial summaries.
- Ensure nightly reconciliation of all financial accounts.
- Address discrepancies, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain proper documentation of all transactions.
- Collaborate with front desk and food and beverage operations to ensure seamless financial processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Proficient in physical tasks such as pushing, bending, and reaching.
- Strong skills in auditory processing, writing, and typing.
