The LANDED for Twin Peaks - Fort Myers is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a profitable store environment, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at LANDED for Twin Peaks - Fort Myers, you will be responsible for directing the work of other store employees, managing costs, and ensuring that proper policies are followed. You will also be responsible for:

  • Effectively teaching, motivating, and coaching all team members to provide best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage to every guest.
  • Maintaining an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance.
  • Driving sales by working with other managers, Twin Peaks Girls, and other team members to execute excellent operations and local store marketing efforts.
  • Holding team members accountable to standards and being willing to correct standards that are not met in any area of Twin Peaks.
Requirements

To be successful as a Restaurant Operations Manager at LANDED for Twin Peaks - Fort Myers, you should have:

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
  • The ability to effectively communicate in the English language, with Spanish and/or Creole communication skills being extremely helpful.
  • A strong understanding of common sense and the ability to apply it to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at LANDED for Twin Peaks - Fort Myers, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions when in the dish area or walk-in cooler.
