Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. This role will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain store standards.

About the Role:

  • Sales Leadership: Set and achieve sales targets by working with the Retail Manager to establish realistic goals. Lead the team to meet or exceed those targets through coaching, support, and motivation.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring the store consistently delivers a superior customer experience. Encourage team members to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Assist the Retail Manager in managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design and execute visually appealing product displays. Ensure the sales floor is organized and products are clearly displayed.
  • Team Collaboration: Cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment by encouraging communication, collaboration, and mutual respect among team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Experience with sales leadership, inventory management, and customer service is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.

Compensation: $19-20 per hour
