Soliant is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide critical speech and language services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and will be responsible for enhancing the communication abilities of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech and language requirements; develop and execute tailored therapy plans.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide direct speech therapy to enhance communication proficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with educators, families, and support staff to align therapy objectives with classroom learning.
- Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Texas State License.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Experience in school settings is advantageous.
