About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at OWLS Therapy LLC. As a Pediatric Speech Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to children in their homes and schools around Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to clients' homes and schools to provide 30, 45, or 60 minute therapy sessions
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support generalization of skills
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop plans of care to maximize children's skill sets
  • Maintain accurate and descriptive therapy notes

Requirements:

  • Active Virginia license from the Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCCs (Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes and schools
  • Availability for 20-25 hours of direct therapy per week, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays reserved for make-ups and evaluations
