We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Litigation Attorney, you will work with insurance companies to help with large loss subrogation due to natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 30-50 cases at a time, being proactive and doing prelitigation research
  • Conduct onsite inspections of natural disasters of large losses
  • Meet with insurance adjusters and expert witnesses
  • Litigate cases to subrogate large losses
Requirements
  • JD or similar
  • 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
  • Ability to travel in the Western US
