Front Line Guest Experience Specialist

About the Position
We're seeking a Front Line Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Target. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for every guest, every time. This includes greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and answer questions about products and services.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
- Maintain knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
