About the role: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our Labor and Delivery team at Houston Methodist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participating in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Twelve months of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment
- Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license, with permanent license obtained within 90 days
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
