What to Expect
Our global Markets teams operate in all significant financial markets, crafting sophisticated financial solutions that assist clients in managing risk, enhancing returns, and addressing intricate financial challenges.

This collaborative approach means you will be an integral part of a vibrant team, tackling a variety of stimulating business issues and facing challenges in your role.

As an intern, you will be assigned to one of three specialized tracks within Markets: Sales, Trading, or Structuring & Origination.

  • Sales: Assists corporate and institutional clients in navigating the extensive range of product offerings available. You will cultivate relationships with clients and design customized solutions that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Trading: Provides liquidity across all major asset classes, responding to client inquiries, managing associated risks, and reacting to market fluctuations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make swift, logical decisions.
  • Structuring & Origination: A hybrid team that delivers a wide array of innovative investment products, liability management, and hedging strategies.

Throughout all three tracks, you will support senior team members with essential research, analysis, and preparatory tasks. You will monitor market trends, generate trade ideas, conduct portfolio assessments, and gain insights into the solutions and products we offer to help clients navigate various market conditions.

Expert instructors and professionals will guide you through our history, the current scale and scope of our organization, and our ambitious future plans. We will equip you with both technical and practical skills to ensure you are well-prepared.

About You
A strong passion for global financial markets is essential, along with analytical and quantitative skills, adaptability, teamwork, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to perform under pressure. A well-rounded academic background is crucial in your undergraduate studies, and a solid level of numeracy is required.
