About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our convenience store customers, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and grow customer business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with convenience store customers through regular visits and consultative selling
  • Analyze data and insights to identify business growth opportunities and develop customer business growth plans
  • Stay up-to-date with SGWS products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve internal and supplier objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and insights to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
