Job Description

Waterway Carwash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and Train Staff: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and Control Expenses: Manage and control expenses to ensure profitability and meet budget targets.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree or above (or a current college senior)
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a retail or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Working Conditions:

As a Business Development Manager at Waterway Carwash, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions. You will also be required to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
