We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Manager Training and Development Program in the Cleveland Area.
As a Manager at Waterway Carwash, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, leading a team of hourly team members and running the store's daily operations.
Our Learn to Lead Manager Development Program is a highly structured program that will teach you the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positively greet customers, identify needs, and sell car wash services, memberships, and other services.
- Effectively manage daily operations, lead and manage team to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, manage, and supervise employees, providing daily direction and coaching to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or above (or a current college senior)
- At least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays)
