Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Quality Drive-In I, LLC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food Production Department, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food orders to meet product quality standards
  • Operate the grill, fryer, and other cooking equipment
  • Portion and package food items for customer orders
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, and washing dishes
  • Ensure that all food areas are sanitized and meet health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication skills and basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at Quality Drive-In I, LLC

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
  • Ability to cross-train on all kitchen stations
