Job Overview

As a Technician specializing in pre-owned vehicles, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles for both customers and the dealership.

You will be engaged with cutting-edge automotive diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently receive and execute Repair Orders as assigned.

2. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and troubleshooting to identify necessary repairs.

3. Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.


4. Deliver high-quality and effective repair services across various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.

5. Perform Quality Control inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure all repairs meet completion standards.

6. Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork related to repair services.

7. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace while ensuring accountability for dealership and personal tools at all times.

8. Communicate directly and effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.


9. Engage in ongoing proprietary training and educational programs to enhance skills and develop expertise in leading automotive technologies and processes.
