Job Summary:

The Account Executive is a sales position with experience in the tenting and rental industry that is responsible for developing, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for PRO EM National Event Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales prospects, establishing relationships with potential customers, and developing strategies to expand the sales territory.
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and consumer preferences to effectively communicate the value of PRO EM National Event Services' products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Submit regular activity reports, weekly plans of action, and monthly territory analysis to management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years of sales experience in the tenting and rental industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using personal computers and inventory control software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Compensation: Base salary $50,000, plus commission.
