Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Setup: Ensure the bar is properly stocked and organized daily, including the requisitioning of all necessary supplies such as beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials based on daily projections.
  • Fresh Produce Management: Oversee the cutting, storage, and maintenance of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to guarantee high product quality.
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, take drink orders, and prepare beverages according to standard recipes while practicing responsible portion control.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Order Processing: Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system, ensuring accountability for all beverages served.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including verifying charges, providing change, and ensuring proper execution of vouchers to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Security: Safeguard all beverage and food items, securely store equipment, and manage cash deposits.
