  • Develop and implement effective systems to manage administrative processes.
  • Handle relationships with vendors and Affiliate Organizations.
  • Support meetings and materials, and analyze operational problems to propose solutions.
  • Support the membership committee, including new member outreach projects and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in accounting, financial management, administration, and policy matters.
  • Minimum of 4 years directly relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, budgetary processes, and annual planning techniques.
  • High level of self-direction, organizational, and oversight abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and manage multiple reporting relationships.

Physical Requirements:

  • Typical office work environment.

Extent of Travel Required:

  • Travel 2-3 times per year.
