Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, including tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone answering. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone answering.
  • Process field scrap documents and input layered audits into weekly trackers.
  • Create and maintain supervisor employee files and collect and distribute mail.
  • Answer phone calls and direct messages, as required.
  • Process FedEx dealer documents and deliver on plant floor.
  • Update daily huddle up slide decks and process requests to shippers.
  • Work the inbound TWI's and process Manual ASN's (Advanced Shipping Notices or Inbound Purchase Orders).
  • Process and manage X-Transfer requests to other facilities.
  • Respond to RFI's and Field Wires and create PC82 to ship parts when requested.
  • Review and update Scrap and VPI reports as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of prior office experience required.
  • Microsoft proficiency required.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of filing systems required.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing projects in the facility required.
  • Ability to walk up to 8 hours required.
  • Computer literate and able to learn inventory systems required.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
