Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough field measurements to ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor installation progress and communicate effectively with site superintendents to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and order specialists to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Coach installers and service technicians to drive results and improve installation quality.
- Conduct quality walks and prepare punch lists to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good housekeeping practices.
- Manage scheduled tasks and deadlines in Salesforce to ensure timely completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or related certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in the home building products/construction industry is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using computers, office equipment, and powered woodworking tools is required.
