Job Description

The Field Service Representative position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for MasterBrand Cabinets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate field measurements, monitoring installation progress, and providing quality support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough field measurements to ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper installation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor installation progress and communicate effectively with site superintendents to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and order specialists to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Coach installers and service technicians to drive results and improve installation quality.
  • Conduct quality walks and prepare punch lists to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good housekeeping practices.
  • Manage scheduled tasks and deadlines in Salesforce to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or related certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in the home building products/construction industry is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using computers, office equipment, and powered woodworking tools is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety information and manufacturing data is essential.
