Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate.
  • Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
