">Job Description
">We are seeking an Instructional Leader for Urban Elementary Education who can cultivate a love for learning in every student from the start. The successful candidate will co-teach and build an engaging classroom environment that encourages mastery and empowers students to engage in academic discourse. Responsibilities include teaching mathematics, reading, writing, science, and social studies, as well as analyzing data to inform instruction and differentiating for all learners.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have a commitment to the mission of Uncommon Schools and a demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities. A bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Humanities, English, Social Sciences, or a related field is required, and certification is not necessary but preferred. Prior teaching experience in urban settings is desirable.
