RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a warm and professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Sequence of Service, menu offerings, wine selections, and overall service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary (a test will be administered).

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least one year of experience in food service, particularly in banquet settings.
  • A minimum of six months of experience serving alcoholic beverages and/or bottled wine.
  • At least six months of experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction.
  • Previous bartending experience is advantageous.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Must acquire a Food Handler's permit within 60 days of employment.
  • Must obtain TIPS Certification within 60 days of employment.
  • Willingness to work in various venues, including off-site catering.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, VIPs, and fellow team members.
  • Completion of mandatory guest service training is required.
  • Successful completion of background checks is necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive employment history is preferred.
