  • Research and implement new manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Design and implement processes that protect employees in the shop floor, documenting procedures in detail and verifying their capability to meet process-specific requirements.
  • Create Standard Work procedures.
  • Collect validation data.
  • Develop PPAP documentation.
  • Design process layouts and 5S areas.
  • Conduct Gauge R&R studies.
  • Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process with cross-functional teams.
  • Work on the development of hydraulic cylinders.
  • Require experience in FMEA and PPAP.
  • Require manufacturing-related experience.
