Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
