Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
