About the Role

As an Acute Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at our facility, you will engage in comprehensive patient assessments, treatment plans, and compassionate care delivery. This position comes with flexible scheduling options and minimal call/weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial psychiatric evaluations, complete assessments, discharges, patient documentation, treatment team meetings, and daily patient care.
  • Foster a collegial, supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance.
  • Mentor medical students, psychiatry residents, and nursing students to impact the next generation of clinicians.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $330,000-$350,000, determined by experience level, qualifications, job fit, and other factors. Additional benefits include malpractice insurance coverage, 26 days of Paid Time Off annually, CME allowance, and company-matched 401k.
