Job Description

The Professional Education Manager will be responsible for successful training, education, and support of Organogenesis products for both surgical and advanced wound with new and existing customers. Working closely with physicians, clinical staff, and others, as well as internal sales, marketing, clinical, and internal training departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop clinician educational materials for current and newly launched products.
  • Continuously improve existing training and educational materials to ensure they meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Successfully cross-collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Confidently interact with hospital personnel in all relevant departments, including but not limited to physicians, executives, and both clinical and non-clinical staff members.
  • Support or manage logistics associated with launching or supporting new or existing programs (Clinical Experience Programs, Residency programs, cadaver labs, etc.).
  • Manage logistics around educational events for internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • BA/BS required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Clinical Education.
  • Demonstrated peer-to-peer training.
  • Training & education capability: demonstrated high-impact teaching and training events with sales, peers, and clinicians.
  • Demonstrated ownership of successful program development with a complete product portfolio.
  • Business acumen: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to listen and understand customer feedback and competently relay information, high emotional intelligence, leadership skills, on-the-spot troubleshooting, flexibility, motivation, and drive.
  • Quality Assurance: demonstrated leader in positively impacting utilization of Organogenesis products and proactive communication of both successes and challenges.
Compensation Information

Base: Negotiable, depends on experience.
