Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Valet Lead to join our team at Valet Living. As a Service Valet Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the total service delivery for our apartment communities, working closely with the Area Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and set the standard for our residents
  • Assist the Area Leader with training and development of Service Valets
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure safety, quality control, and productivity
  • Collect and document missed trash, track problem properties, and communicate with the Area Leader
  • Provide waste and recycling collection coverage for understaffed properties
  • Document and report non-compliance and safety incidents
  • Provide leadership and oversight during the Area Leader's days off
  • Assist with evening recruiting efforts and provide candidates with a realistic job preview
  • Assist with presentations and team meetings
  • Support the Area Leader with scheduling, performance evaluations, and motivating Service Valets
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally
  • Capable of adapting to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Able to walk and climb stairs
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan
  • Flexibility to work split schedules and be on call
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; AA degree preferred
  • Preferred experience in customer service and people management
