  • Handle insurance authorizations and prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments.
  • Manage communication channels effectively, including phone inquiries and documentation.
  • Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve scheduling issues promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in English, with good spelling, reading, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and directions from supervisors.
  • Computer literacy with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is preferred.
