Medical City Dallas offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Pediatric Emergency Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working nights, with an estimated salary of $94,500 per annum based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all functions in the unit, monitoring and evaluating nursing care, and serving as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience.

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Texas RN license or RN compact license.
  • A Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Certification in a specialty required within 1 year.
  • Completion of a charge nurse course within one year.
  • Leadership experience and training preferred.
