Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Site Development Manager to join our team at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, expertise, and quality control for site development activities related to site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, and construction quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing
  • Will support Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team
  • Must be familiar and skilled to work within T-Mobile's Database – Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent
  • Working with T-Mobile Project Managers and other Team Members to help manage large buildout
  • Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development, preferably recent and able to manage many projects, action items, liaison with RF, site acq, Construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed
  • Priority soft skills Must be advanced in excel, vlookup, pivots, etc.
