Assets Protection Specialist

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assets Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Assets Protection Specialist, you'll be responsible for monitoring store activity, identifying potential security risks, and taking proactive steps to prevent and investigate theft. You'll work closely with our store leadership team to develop and implement security protocols, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

- Investigate and prevent theft, working closely with law enforcement and other stakeholders as needed
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and investigate theft

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
