Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk and night audit teams, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and optimize room revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of front office staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage front office budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or management role, with a proven track record of success in guest service, revenue management, and team leadership.
  • Certifications: Alcohol certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Skills: Proven financial knowledge, solid computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
