Order Fulfillment Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. We take pride in our commitment to swift and personalized service with every order. The responsibilities of an Order Fulfillment Specialist include:

  • Precisely selecting items from our inventory
  • Thoroughly checking and packaging orders for delivery
  • Preparing and assembling shipping materials
  • Achieving daily and hourly targets for accuracy and productivity
  • Assisting with the management of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Operating a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack to move pallets
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe fulfillment environment

Qualifications:
  • Commitment to a regular schedule with excellent attendance; standard shifts are typically 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Proficiency in English

This position is for Full Time (40 hr/wk Mon-Fri) roles at our fulfillment center. Order Fulfillment Specialists start at $16.50 per hour and are eligible for annual raises. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, commuter benefits, a 401k plan with employer matching, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount.
