  • Sales and Productivity: Achieve and exceed daily sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning and training.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Skills: Results-oriented, effective written and verbal communication, computer utilization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish: Preferred language proficiency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company: Thorough knowledge of our mission, values, and organization structure.
  • Profit and Loss Knowledge: Understanding of profit and loss concepts and their application in a retail environment.
Work Environment

This role is based in a retail store environment, requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for long periods of time.
