Job Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Diploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license.
  • BCLS training and current certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Salary Range
