Recreation Coordinator Job Description

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to join our team. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recreational programs for all age groups, including children and adults.
  • Supervise and evaluate recreation program content, including planning and instructing classes, activities, and events.
  • Provide outstanding guest service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain recreation inventory and assist with other departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience in hospitality, cruise ships, summer camps, or entertainment.
  • Ability to work in outdoor temperatures and environment.
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to work outdoors for long hours in hot temperatures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of practical recreation experience.
  • Worked around boats and rentals in a marina type setting.
  • Prior sailing experience and captain's license.
