Join Our Team as a Ballroom Dance Instructor

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team in Colorado. As a Ballroom Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and inviting learning environment for our students, scheduling and planning private lessons and group classes, and providing high-quality ballroom dance instruction.

Our studios are located in Colorado Springs North, Parker, Westminster, and Denver, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about dance and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach ballroom dance classes to students of all levels and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills
  • Participate in student events and social functions, both in and out of the studio
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest dance techniques and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to dance and teach dance classes
  • Passion for dance and commitment to providing excellent customer service
