About the Role:

As an Employee Relations Director at Flagstar Bank, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving employee relations issues across the organization. This includes conducting investigations, providing recommendations, and ensuring consistent practices to mitigate risk and promote a professional work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations matters, gathering evidence and interviewing stakeholders as necessary.
  2. Develop and implement effective resolutions to employee relations issues, ensuring consistency with company policy and relevant employment laws.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to address workplace conflicts and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Compensation: $99,732-$132,145-$164,557
