Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose language, speech, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and homes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited college/university
  • Current and unrestricted SLP license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • NPI number
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care setting
  • Pediatric experience preferred
