We are seeking a skilled Parts Associate to become a vital member of our team focused on Parts for our Distribution Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established protocols to receive, manage, store, execute system transactions, and distribute parts within the local branch, ensuring to check for any damages or discrepancies.
  • Deliver precise documentation and maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire process.
  • Engage with both internal and external customers at the parts counter in the local branch.
  • Complete necessary training in accordance with business requirements.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications for Success:
  • (Intermediate) Parts Level II: Requires relevant work experience and intermediate knowledge acquired through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management, or the supply chain sector.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational background that meets applicable regulations.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and wear necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Some work experience and intermediate knowledge in customer order management, account management, or supply chain is required.

Salary will be based on experience.
