Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer service department, ensuring seamless interactions between customers and staff.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Strategizing and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to develop and implement effective processes
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Development Officers and executives

Essential Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business management or communications, is preferred. However, extensive experience in a similar role can be considered in lieu of formal education. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with proficiency in software applications for data analysis and reporting.
