About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to provide administrative support to our Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Service Technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to support day-to-day operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize MS Office programs to manage administrative tasks
