As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise Service Center associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations.
- Technician Responsibilities: Perform Technician responsibilities as needed, including performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
- Loss Prevention and Safety: Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Great Communication Skills: Possess great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior Experience: Prior Automotive Maintenance experience is preferred, as well as prior supervisory experience.
- ASE Certification: Able to attain an ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date.
- Forklift Certification: Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers.
